We want to make it simple. Your very first pickup you may place your clothes in a standard sized 13 gallon kitchen trash bag.

• 1 trash bag will hold a Mini Happy Load

• 2 trash bags will hold a Mid Happy Load

• 3 trash bags will hold a Max Happy Load

All future pickups must be placed in your Happy Hamper Bag, purchased separately, to ensure accurate processing, organization, and quality service.

Simply schedule your pickup online. Leave your laundry bag on your front porch or designated pickup area by 7:30 am, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your clothes are washed, dried, folded, and delivered back to you fresh and ready to put away.

We offer next-day delivery for most orders. Just have your laundry out to pick up between 7:30am-9:30 am. We will deliver it back the next day within 24 hours.

Same-day service is available for an extra fee. Have your laundry ready for pickup between 7:30-9:30 am. It will be delivered back ASAP or by 7:00 pm that night!

We use high-quality detergent to ensure your clothes come back fresh and clean. If you have special detergent preferences or sensitivities, you can let us know on your order form.

We do our best with spot and heavy stain treatments, but stain removal is not guaranteed, especially for set-in stains.

Yes! We offer weekly subscription service for families who want regular pick up and delivery.

Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking.

For safety and quality reasons, we do not wash:

• Dry clean only items

• Delicate silks or specialty fabrics

• Rugs or heavily soiled items with chemicals

If you’re unsure about an item, just ask!

Please notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup to avoid cancellation fees.

No. Each order is kept separate and washed and dried individually to ensure cleanliness and proper care.
