  • No problem! For your first pickup, simply place your laundry in a standard sized 13 gallon kitchen trash bag.

    • 1 bag = Mini Happy Load

    • 2 bags =Mid Happy Load

    • 3 bags = Max Happy Load

    After your first service, future pickups should be placed in your Happy Hamper Bag, purchased separately, to ensure seamless processing, organization, and premium laundry care.

  • Simply schedule your pickup online and place your laundry bags outside your home by 7:30 AM on pickup day.

    We will collect your laundry, professionally wash, dry, and fold each order with care, then deliver it back fresh, organized, and ready to enjoy the next day.

  • We proudly serve Murfreesboro, Arrington, Franklin and surrounding areas.

  • We offer next-day delivery for most orders. Simply place your laundry out for pickup by 7:30 AM, and we’ll return it fresh, clean, folded, and ready to put away the following day.

    For added convenience, same-day service is available for an extra fee. Have your laundry ready for pickup by 7:30 AM, and we will return it as soon as possible.

  • We carefully select premium laundry products to deliver a fresh, beautifully clean finish with every order. Luxury scent upgrades such as Tyler’s Diva® and Sweet Grace® are also available for an elevated laundry experience.

    Sensitive skin or special preferences? Just note your requests on your order form and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

  • We do our best with spot and heavy stain treatments, but stain removal is not guaranteed, especially for set in stains.

  • Yes! We offer weekly subscription service for families who want regular pickup and delivery. Choose any 4 pickup days in a month and schedule at your convenience.

  • Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking.

  • For safety and quality purposes, we do not wash:

    • Dry-clean only items

    • Delicate silks or specialty fabrics

    • Rugs, pet beds, or heavily soiled items with bodily fluids or harsh chemicals

    If you’re unsure about an item, just ask!

  • Please notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup to avoid cancellation fees.

  • No. Each order is kept separate and washed and dried individually to ensure cleanliness and proper care.

  • Yes! We wash clothing, towels, bedding, and most household laundry items — as long as everything comfortably fits inside your selected Happy Hamper bag.

  • No. Simply leave your bags on your porch or designated pick up location and we will handle the rest!

    We will send you a message when your clothes are delivered.
