No problem! For your first pickup place your laundry in standard 13-gallon kitchen bags. First-time service is $30 per kitchen bag and includes pickup, detergent, washing, drying, folding, and delivery.
When your clean laundry is returned, you’ll receive a complimentary reusable Happy Hamper bag sized according to the amount of laundry in your first order.
Future pickups are priced per reusable Happy Hamper bag based on the bag size selected. All laundry must fit inside the bag and the bag must close securely.

Schedule your pickup online and leave your laundry at your pickup spot by 7:30 AM. We’ll pick it up, wash, dry, fold, and deliver it back fresh.
Please count the bags you are leaving for pickup and select the correct amount of bags at checkout.
Payment is due before delivery. If additional bags are added after booking, the remaining balance will be invoiced and must be paid before your order is returned.

Most orders are returned the next day. Same-day service may be available for an additional fee.

We use quality products and offer optional add-ons like scent booster, sanitizer, and stain care.

We do our best with spot and heavy stain treatments, but stain removal is not guaranteed, especially for set in stains.

Yes! We offer weekly subscription service for families who want regular pickup and delivery. Choose any 4 pickup days in a month and schedule at your convenience.

Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking.

For safety and quality purposes, we do not wash:
Dry-clean only items
Delicate silks or specialty fabrics
Rugs, pet beds, or heavily soiled items with bodily fluids or harsh chemicals
If you’re unsure about an item, just ask!

No problem! Please let us know at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup. You’re welcome to choose another available pickup day that works better for you.

No. Each order is kept separate and washed and dried individually to ensure cleanliness and proper care.

Yes! Bedding can be added to any pickup as a separate add-on. Comforters, quilts, throws, blankets, sheets, and bulky items are not included in regular laundry bags because they require extra washer/dryer space and drying time.
Please select the bedding add-on when booking and place bedding in a separate bag.
