Getting started is simple. For your first pickup, place your laundry in standard 13 gallon trash bags and leave them out on your scheduled pickup day.
Laundry guide:
1 bag = Mini Happy
2 bags = Mid Happy
3 bags = Max Happy
After your first order, your reusable Happy Hamper bags will be delivered for future pickups.
For all future services, please place your laundry inside your Happy Hamper bags to help us provide accurate, organized, and reliable care.

Simply schedule your pickup online. Leave your laundry on your porch or designated spot by 7:30 am and we’ll take care of the rest.
Your freshly cleaned and folded laundry will be delivered back to your door within 24 hours.

Mini Happy — approximately 1 full 13- gallon bag
Mid Happy — approximately 2 full 13 gallon bags
Max Happy — approximately 3 full 13 gallon bags
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit and convenience.

Yes — we offer recurring monthly memberships that include 4 pickups per month for busy families and professionals who want regular pickup and delivery.

For safety and quality reasons, we do not wash:
Dry clean only garments
Delicate or specialty fabrics
Rugs or oversized household items
Items heavily soiled with chemicals, blood, urine, or other biohazard materials
